About Us

Woodworking has not always been part of my life, in fact it hasn’t even been a thought until a few years ago. What changed? Once my wife and I purchased our first home, we quickly realized the possibilities to make this home OURS. After writing the biggest check of our lives, we didn’t have a ton of money left to fill the house with new furniture and decor. I instantly wondered if there was a cheaper way to still get quality furniture for our new place. I took my thoughts to the internet and quickly discovered that woodworking and custom furniture making was an achievable option and that we could save hundreds or maybe even thousands over time.

After getting some inspiration, finding a simple plan online and borrowing a couple tools, I built my first piece. Now it wasn’t my best work, but it gave me the confidence to continue on, invest in new tools and work on bigger projects. Fast forward to now and our DIY home projects have now evolved into a business. Now our home is filled with custom woodworking pieces and new projects for clients are always in the horizon.
